Danger signs in pregnancy are abnormal symptoms or signs that may indicate a serious problem affecting the mother, baby, or both mother and baby.

2. Severe Abdominal Pain
Persistent or severe abdominal pain is abnormal.

- Ectopic Pregnancy
- Placental Abruption
- Preterm Labour
- Uterine Rupture

- Maternal Haemorrhage
- Fetal Distress or Death
3. Severe Headache
Persistent headache that does not improve with rest.

- Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension

- Swelling of Face and Hands

- Convulsion (Eclampsia)

Mild swelling of the feet can be normal, but sudden or excessive swelling is dangerous.
